Usually a woman at a turning point. A career that's run its course. A marriage that has ended. Grief. A diagnosis. Menopause. Or something quieter - a persistent sense that the life she's been living no longer fits, and the next chapter hasn't yet come into focus.
She is not broken. She is between chapters. And some part of her - the part that booked this - already knew it was time.

People rarely arrive here by accident. There is usually a readiness in them, even when they can't name it. Sessions unfold not according to what was planned but according to what's needed. The message that lands exactly right, for exactly this moment — that quality of precision is at the heart of everything I do.
One to one. In person in London or via video call.
I've been doing this work since 2011, first quietly, alongside a long corporate career. Now full time.
